This Weekend

These are some pictures of my sister, Karis. I really love her.

Friday Night was the Deer Park vs. La Porte football game. There was tons of people
for La Porte and for Deer Park. I wore some jeans and a Deer Park shirt. At the games I got some fake tatoos for my face and a beanie hat to add to my collection. Deer Park won.

On Saturday we went to a Marching Band competition to watch my sister. We got there in time to watch Deer Park and then we stayed for a while. We watched my sister then got some pickles to eat. We waited for my sister to come sit with us in the stands. While we waited, dad bought a patch for her jacket and a shirt she wanted last year. Once she got to the stadium we watched three more bands and then they announced the winners, first, second, and third. Deer Park won 4th.

I went to Party City to get my costume for Halloween. I don't want to tell you what my costume is yet because I don't want to ruin the surprise. I'll tell you on Halloween!!

After Party City, we ate at Potbelly and I had ice cream because my tonsils still hurt then.

On Sunday, I finally went home. I watched TV. Then at 4pm, I took a nap. When I woke up it was 6:00pm and my Mom was home. Mom and I watched a movie "When Zachary Beaver Came to Town" which was a good movie.

still sick

This morning, when I woke up, my throat started hurting again. I stayed home from school today. I slept till 8:00am then Grandma gave me medicine and made me breakfast. She talked to me about the doctor and looked down my throat and said that my tonsils were red and sore. I knew what tonsils were because Adrian was talking about that he got his tonsils removed during lunch. He did not get his tonsils removed during lunch he told us about it during lunch. Karis was home from college and we watched Smallville together until she had to leave for High School. Grandmother told me a story that her old doctor whenever she had a sore throat gave her some warm, salted water and had her gargle with it. She gave me some warm, salted water and I gargled with it and my throat felt better. I've been eating ice cream and popsicles all day. I spent the rest of the day watching TV and playing with Pixie.

Halloween

Halloween is coming and I am very excited. I will try and get a good and scarey costume. I want to scare people this year. When Mom picked me up today I felt really bad. My throat hurt when ever I drank some water. I didn't even feel like going to my scrimmage softball game. But now I feel better. I ate three dishes of ice cream. That made my throat feel better. I am looking forward to going to my sister's football game tomorrow. She is in the color guard. I like going to games to watch her twirl her flag. She looks very pretty. I am very excited to watch her. Go Deer!!!
